  • Your name

  • Phone number

  • Location for the party (CraftyBear is based in northern New Jersey)

  • Number of guests in party (This can be approximate up to 2 days before party date)

  • Item number of the craft(s). You can choose up to 3 crafts/styles.

  • Approximate date for your party.

    Please note:

  • Party hours:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 6:30pm to 8pm (start times)

    • Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 8pm (start times)

  • Please allow 2-3 hours for the craft to be completed (we don’t like to rush the creative process).

  • 50% of the fee is due when booking a party. The final balance is due before the crafting begins.

  • Cancellations must be within 24 hours prior to the party.

  • We recommend that party guests are 16 years or older due to the level of skill needed and pointy things used.
