About CraftyBearCreation

CraftyBearCreation has been a dream for years but it wasn’t until Fall 2021 that I took the leap (after a confidence boost from my cousin…thanks Allie!) and decided to start hosting craft parties. I began with just my friends and have since hosted multiple wreath nights and am expanding to other crafting options.

I’ve always loved crafting and worked at Michaels all through high school and college. While there, I often helped with custom floral and learned from the best. I’ve been making custom wreaths for years and finally have the chance to share how much fun they can be to make. Coming up with options for craft parties has been a lot of fun and something I’ve really enjoyed doing in my free time.

My paper flowers began as Christmas gifts for my friends and family, then as something to do after work, and now I’m a vendor at my first craft show in April 2022! I love this new expansion to the original idea.

I do have a full time job as an associate editor at a medical communications company but CraftyBearCreation has allowed me to come home and relax while crafting and being creative. It’s really become an escape for me and I hope we can all escape for a little bit and come back with something beautiful.

I couldn’t have gotten this started as quickly as I did without the incredible support from my friends and family. I can’t thank them enough. Love you lots!
